Friends of Old Town (FOOT)

Old Sherwood Town's leading defenders discuss the future of their business environment while snacking at The Lavender Teahouse. This morning, City Councilman Lee Weislogel (not pictured) got an earful regarding a number of history preservation issues in Old Town, including the fate of the old school house. In the foreground, Sherwood Historical Society Director Shelly scribbles furiously.

According to the minutes of the Sherwood Historical Society, March 26, 2007:

It was agreed that Shelly will draft a letter to the City demanding that the building be saved. Also, an email will be circulated to field citizen reactions to the slated destruction of the building.
