Preservation of Heritage Structures
includes restoration, documentation, and Living History re-enactments. One must work on all fronts to really make a difference.
Some of the Heritage Farms which are recognized by the state of Oregon as "Century Farms" I know of are:
The Voss Family 1852
The Schmeltzer Family 1877
More Heritage Farms:
Schlichting Farm 1878
