That festival was fun! I loved it because I got to be in the parade and sing christmas carols and hand candy out. Everyone was marry and jolly and the cow got EVERYONE in a good mood! :)
"Why a cow? Try a pig?" I have often accused Esmeralda of being a pig, especially when she sees a bag of candy that some little kid has collected during the Christmas Parade!
Wolves and deer? When my dad was a kid in Sherwood, he rarely saw wildlife. A very strange fact. He never saw an elk or a deer. He played with a wolf once. Woah!
In 1920, farmers in Sherwood decided that this was dairy country. So they built many big barns with rounded roofs. The top of the barn was for storing hay for the cows to eat in the winter. In the 1950s, my Uncle Teufell would have all of us cousins climb up the ladder into the hay loft and throw down the hay. Then he would let the sheep come into the barn to pass through for an hour and eat the hay. We would sit up in the loft and watch the sheep milling around below.
the christmas cow doesint make any sence i mean is it for sherwood in 1945 i think sherwood was the first most seen i geuss thats what i heard from a few friends sometimes i wish there was a time machine to go back and see

The sing along was not dumb. It was fun. The next one is February 19. But you have to bring along a valentine for Mrs. Reynolds.
